We recently worked with ROW-MECH on the full plumbing and mechanical installation for the conversion of the former Bay Horse public house in Windy Nook, Gateshead, into eight self-contained flats. The project ran from October 2024 to June 2025 and involved the complete installation of eight bathrooms and eight kitchens, as well as electric heating systems and electric water heaters throughout the property.
